François Cormier
General Director

François Cormier is the founding president and general manager of the cooperative. He considers himself an integrator and designer. He helped found a housing co-op (Beausol – Shops Angus cooperative) as well as sits on several committees and management boards. He also has broad experience as a teacher with professional and budding artists. His skills as an educator and oral communicator have enabled him to stand out as project promoter. He has trained both as an actor (1982-86) and director (1994-96) at the National Theatre School of Canada.		 François Cormier

Karine Oscarson
Partneship Manager

 

Karine Oscarson joined the cooperative as Partnership Manager in 2009.She worked for  RÉSEAU environnement, the most important NPO active in the environmental sector in Québec, coordinating high caliber scientific and technical projects before becoming Director of Member Services for just about 10 years. During her tenure of office she planned and directed numerous technical and scientific events. She also elaborated public awareness campaigns on a provincial scale as well as memoranda on potable water and waste water , waste management, site contamination, air and climate change, sustainable development and the agri-environment. In the year 2000, she was nominated as the Québec ambassador for Eco Canada at the GLOBE exhibition. This unique venue allowed participants to deepen their understanding of environmental issues in Canada and globally.
