Rates--Exhibitors
For spaces from 50 to 200 ft2, please choose an option. For larger spaces, please include the number of electrical outlets.

* To be eligible for small business rate, it must have five or fewer employees and do not have a turnover of over $ 500 000.
Option A : Space, curtains and electrical (1 500 w)(2 electrical outlets included for a space of 200 ft2).
Option A+ : Option A with a table and two chairs (2 tables et 4 chairs for a 200 ft2).
Option B : Option A with a table, two chairs and a gray carpet, 1 identification 7''X 44''
Option C : Option A with Rigid structure, choice of furniture, identification Façade, track lighting, carpet, two tablets for each section of 10 'linear (50 or 100 ft2), waste paper basket.
Notes
- The registration form is an integral part of the contract.
- Spaces will be assigned and confirmed based on the date of receiving your application and deposit.
- The first registered retain their priority and could not be relocated in a less visible and less accessible space.
Payment Terms and Conditions
- A deposit of at least 50% of the total amount must be sent with your application.
- Full payment (the balance) is payable before May 14, 2010.
- Spaces will be assigned and confirmed based on the date of receiving your application and deposit.
- If your registration is made after May 14, 2010 full payment must accompany it to confirm your reservation.
- Send us your signed contract in the mail along with your payment (by check) made in the name of Coopérative de travail Terre Nouvelle.
Upon receiving written notice before May 14, 2010, requesting cancellation of registration, we will reimburse you for 50% of your deposit. Thereafter, there will be no refund.
